WINDOWS/MAC INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SEQUENCE PRESET (current as of Premiere CC Version 12.1.1)

  1. Open the “IGTV Premiere Pro Presets” folder and make a note of where the “Export Preset” and “Sequence Preset” folders are located on your computer.
  2. To install the “Sequence Preset”, open the “Sequence Preset” folder, right click on “IGTV Vertical 1080×1920 23.976.sqpreset” and select “Copy”.
  3. On Windows, navigate to “C:\Users\(USERNAME)\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\12.0\Profile-(USERNAME)\Settings\Custom” and right click and select “Paste” to paste the “IGTV Vertical 1080×1920 23.976.sqpreset there.

On Mac, navigate to “~/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/12.0/Profile-(USERNAME)/Settings/Custom” and right click and select “Paste” to paste the “IGTV Vertical 1080×1920 23.976.sqpreset there.

  1. Open Premiere Pro and go to “File > New > Sequence”. The “IGTV Vertical 1080×1920 23.976” Preset should be a selectable sequence available under “Custom”.

WINDOWS/MAC INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE IGTV EXPORT PRESET (current as of Premiere CC Version 12.1.1)

  1. Open Adobe Media Encoder.
  2. From the top menu select “Preset” > “Import”.
  3. Navigate to the “Export Preset” folder inside the “IGTV Premiere Pro Presets Folder” and select the “IGTV Vertical 1080×1920 23.976 7.5mbps CBR.epr” file and click “Open”.
  4. Your Export Preset is now ready to use and can be selected under as a Preset under the “h.264” format when exporting from Premiere Pro.
